What’s included with my membership?

  • You'll be following the exact same workouts I do—intense, structured, and designed for serious results. These sessions are challenging and best suited for those with some training experience. Each workout lasts around 90 minutes and includes a heavy strength segment, a hypertrophy-focused section, and a high-intensity burnout finisher. Plus, every session starts with a dynamic warm-up and ends with targeted cooldown stretches to enhance recovery and performance.

  • While it's not essential for great results, I personally add a supplemental abs and glutes workout every Saturday to enhance strength and definition—and it's included with your membership at no extra cost!

  • Each day, you'll receive both a gym version—designed for commercial gym equipment and machines—and a home gym version, requiring only dumbbells, resistance bands, a bench or box, and a yoga mat. This flexibility ensures you can crush your workouts anytime, anywhere!

  • Every exercise comes with a demo video, so you can perfect your form and apply key performance tips. Watching these videos will help you maximize each movement, ensuring better results, improved strength, and reduced risk of injury.
